How does the BLF implement the Civil Service Ethics?

The BLF’s entire staff is obliged to sign the “Employees’ Code of Self-Discipline” and comply with the confidentiality obligations and principles for the avoidance of conflicts of interests. Staffs who directly participate in the fund investments are prohibited from trading stocks. We also have strengthened the integrity and ethics of civil servants to promote the institutionalization and transparency of lobbyism.
