1. Driving
   Leave the National Freeway No. 1(Sun Yat-sen Freeway) from the Taipei Interchange, Chongqing N. Road Exit and toward downtown direction, drive along Chongqing N. Road. to Chongqing S. Road.Turn left into Aiguo W. Road. BLF is on the corner of the intersection of Aiguo W. Road and Sec. 1, Roosevelt Rd.
2. By MRT
   Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall station on the Green Line or Red Line, BLF is in the same building with Exit No. 1.
